Call us to inquire about a resort and specific vacation week. Reservations are always made for 8 days and 7 nights, typically checking in on a Friday or a Saturday. Give your Getacondo Specialist your desired vacation date, and they will do their best to find you the perfect condominium. Once you find something you like, your Getacondo Specialist will send you a Reservation Request form. Fill it out in its entirety (including payment information and your signature) and return by fax, mail or an email scan. Once your reservation is processed, a confirmation will be sent to you by email or the United States Postal Service.
We accept all major credit cards as well as money orders. If you pay by money order, an additional $200 refundable security deposit is required at the time of booking. This security deposit will be returned approximately two weeks after check-out as long as there is no damage or excessive cleaning needed upon your departure.
We do require a $250 deposit at the time of booking to secure the unit. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to check-in. If you make a reservation with less than 30 days notice, payment in full is required at the time of booking.
Cancellations are permitted up to 30 days prior to check-in, and all funds will be returned less the $250 reservation deposit. No refund will be granted in the event of cancellation less than 30 days from check-in.
While it is something that we are looking into, we do not accept Paypal at this time.
Other than fees stated within the listing (weekly rate, tax, pool heat if applicable), there are no additional fees. Cleaning is included in the weekly rate.
All of our units are weekly rentals that run from Friday to Friday, Saturday to Saturday and some Sunday to Sunday. It is not required that you occupy the unit for the whole week, but the whole week will need to be reserved.
Unfortunately, pets are prohibited in all of our units.
No, all of our condominiums prohibit smoking.
There is an emergency number on the confirmation that you can call if you have trouble checking in, or have cleaning, maintenance or any other concerns with the unit.
All linens, towels, cookware and dinnerware are provided. If you would like over-sized pool towels, we recommend that you bring those along.
Most condominiums provide a starter kit of supplies placed in the unit prior to your arrival. Starter kits can contain a bar of soap, a roll of toilet paper, tissue, a roll of paper towels, extra trash bag, and a trial size container of dish soap, dishwasher detergent, coffee, condiments, shampoo/conditioner and laundry soap. When these items have been depleted, you will be responsible for any additional items that you may need.
The unit will be cleaned prior to your arrival and after your departure. There will be no maid service during your stay.
On Getacondo.com, we've provided typical information guests request. If you have additional questions, one of our reservations specialists will be happy to assist you by phone or email.
Not all condominiums offer an exact address for the specific unit you will be reserving, rather a general address to the resort. Once you arrive at the resort, most will provide a map of the grounds for you to use to locate your accommodations. Your travel documents will provide directions as well.
Resort areas typically offer a myriad of options for the vacationer, making it virtually impossible to list them all. We suggest you do some research on the web or contact a resort destinations Convention and Visitor's Bureau for detailed area information.
Pool hours vary by resort and are not controlled by Getacondo.com.
If barbecue grills are offered at a resort, you'll find it listed in the condominium description on Getacondo.com. We cannot say for certain what type of grill will be offered as this detail is determined by resort and not controlled by Getacondo.com.
Check-in and check-out times are determined by the resort. Typically check-in is 4:00 p.m. and check-out is 10:00 a.m. Your travel documents will tell you what your check-in/out times are for the resort you've reserved. Penalties apply for late check-out as this impacts the housekeeping staffs ability to ready the condominium for the next guest.
We try to keep updated photos of every resort and condominium, which you'll find on the Resort search page. Most are a representation of the condominium. Pictures of each exact condominium are not possible due to the volume of condominiums available at any one resort.
Not all condominiums and/or resorts offer cribs or high chairs. You can search the internet for companies that offer these for a fee.
